Key Information

12 days travelling through western and northern Thailand.

Approximately 1,500–1,800 km across mountain, jungle and remote frontier routes.

Every rider enjoys a private en-suite bungalow or room throughout the expedition.

Routes can be adapted to suit the experience and ability of the group.

The Salween Frontier

One of the defining sections of this expedition takes us towards the Salween River and the remote western frontier of Thailand.

Ride through rugged mountain country, isolated communities and landscapes far removed from Northern Thailand's established tourist routes.

This is some of the most remote terrain of the expedition and a major part of what makes the 12-day route unique.

Riding Focus

This expedition is built around genuine multi-day trail and enduro riding.

Single track · Double track · Mountain trails · Jungle · River crossings · Remote dirt roads

The route can be adjusted for the experience and ability of the group, with alternative lines and riding options available where appropriate.

Remote Thailand

Mountain ridges · Deep jungle · Forest tracks · River crossings · Remote villages · Frontier country

Each day takes the expedition into a different landscape and a different part of Northern Thailand.

The focus is on riding further, exploring more and reaching places most visitors never see.

Ride. Recover. Go Again.

Twelve days is a serious riding adventure, so the route includes opportunities to recover and enjoy the places we travel through.

Pai includes a dedicated recovery/rest day with the option to explore locally or take an optional excursion.

At selected resorts you can cool off in the pool, eat well, relax and prepare for the next day's riding.

Flexible by Design

Conditions, rider ability and the group itself can all influence the best route on an expedition of this length.

Alternative lines, riding options and rest opportunities can be used where appropriate.

You ride your level. We take you further.
